Computer generated values of properties are often significantly off-base. Someone with knowledge and expertise in the local market will be able to take things into account that computer generated values do not. Condition of the property, proximity to beach, beach access, flood zones, and current competition on the market are a few examples of attributes that will highly impact the property value.
